Paysafe Partners With PointsBet

Paysafe recently extended its partnership with a reputable sportsbook operator called PointsBet. Paysafe will add Michigan to its list of supported gambling markets. PointsBet was using Paysafe in five other regulated states.

PointsBet offers pregame odds, live betting, futures, and odd boosts at times, just like any other sportsbook. However, PointsBet provides a feature that many other books do not, such as a spread betting model called “PointsBetting. ”

PointsBetting is

“A new, more exciting way to bet where your winnings or losses from a bet are not determined until the very end of a game. Points Betting allows you to win big if your sports predictions are correct.”

For example, if you bet $10 on the over 80 yards for Derrick Henry, every yard he goes over, you win an extra $10. If Henry gets 100 yards, you win an additional $200, and if he gets 60 yards, you lose an extra $200.

Now customers in the state of Michigan will be able to deposit using their credit or debit cards via Paysafe’s payment system. They have another alternative and can use ACH, also known as the automated clearing house, which will allow customers to use bank transfers from their checking or savings account. Some credit card companies have transaction fees, and a bank transfer will most likely not have any fees during the transferring process.

The other states where PointsBet operates offer the same methods to ensure the best experience for their customers. As more states are legalizing the use of sportsbooks, Paysafe has continued to announce multiple partnerships along the way as they look to expand in the growing industry.

With the Gaming Control Board’s authorization, Michigan was able to launch its regulated iGaming market on January 22nd, which has helped the state generate approximately 115 million in its first 10 days of operation.

Director of Business Development for iGaming at Paysafe, Gregory Kirstein, stated that” With its innovative mindset and dedication to providing a high-quality sports-betting experience, PointsBet has established a frontrunner status in the rapidly expanding US iGaming market.

PointsBet has become one of the sports betting industry leaders with partnerships with the four major sports in the United States, which are the NBA, NFL, MLB, and NHL. They have additional partnerships with NBC Sports and Kroenke Sports and Entertainment, which led them to win three 2020 EGR North America Awards for Sports Betting Operator, Socially Responsible Operator U.S. Rising Star.

PointsBet started in Australia and made its United States debut in 2019, following approval from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE). The operator went on to collaborate with the Meadowlands Racetrack in East Rutherford, NJ.

PointsBet operates in Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, and New Jersey.
